These are single days to introduce people to the
concept of Prayer Ministry, to Christian Prayer Ministries and its
members. These events are normally held in local churches on a Saturday,
and would typically run from around 10.00am through to 4.00pm.
During an Introductory day you should expect
- a time of worship
- the main topics of teaching underpinning Christian
Prayer Ministry
- testimony from those whom God has set free
- some corporate or group prayer for those attending.
These days are very much of a "taste
and see", or sampler nature. Because of the limited time and
open format of these days, there is no personal Prayer Ministry
provided and certainly no compulsion to come on further events or
to join the organisation! If His Holy Spirit brings to light areas
of brokenness in the lives of those attending, they will be offered
Prayer Ministry either by attending a Prayer Ministry course or
through an appointment with two Prayer Ministers.
These events are open and free to all, and normally no booking is
necessary. As a rule, drinks would be provided, but those attending
would need to bring their own lunch. Events listed on the relevant
diary page should give full details, together with a contact for
the event.
